Australian fashion brand Fayt the Label has launched Find in Store by stockinstore, giving customers the ability to check product availability across retail stores directly from their online store.

Fayt the Label was founded in 2017 by entrepreneur Brittney Saunders who built a loyal community around size-inclusive fashion and thoughtfully designed wardrobe staples. Brittney has over 600,000 followers on Instagram and has been recognised among Australia’s Top 50 in eCommerce, highlighting the brand’s impressive growth and influence in the retail space.

Today, alongside a strong ecommerce presence powered by Shopify and Shopify POS, Fayt operates five stores nationwide. The business follows a 70% online and 30% in-store retail model, creating a truly omnichannel shopping experience for its customers.

The challenge: customers calling stores to check stock

As Fayt’s ecommerce business grew, so did a recurring friction point in the customer journey. With no clear way to check store inventory online, customers were frequently contacting the customer service team or calling stores directly to ask if specific products were available in-store.
