  4. Google Business Profile: Support for store sub-groupings. e.g. By State, Country, Franchise member(s)
  5. Get Directions: Added a new option to Only Use Lat/Lon for Map Direction links (Apple & Google Maps)
  6. Custom Code Editor: shows Errors & Warnings in the admin Options area
  7. Auto Detect Location: Allow merchants to set whether they want the widget to auto-detect the user’s location using IP or Browser
  8. Contact Methods: There was a limit of 10 contacts per store which has been removed

Reporing Suite Updates

  1. Store Engagement Summary reports
    • Improved report loading speed
    • Add Searches by Device Type metrics
    • Enhanced the Product Searches by Day graph to show Find in Store vs Click & Collect searches
  2. Added new Google Business Profile Integration summary report to highlight any errors/issues
  3. Added C&C Orders in Transit report. This is now a standalone for Ship from Warehouse merchants but used to be within another report
  4. Added SFS Orders Timeout/Expired report to help identify stores who are performing poorly by missing or rejecting orders
  5. Increased the default size of report table height to show more rows on load
  6. Ability to show or hide report column data using icons
  7. Drag and change sort column order in some report lists
  8. If an image cannot be sourced on your eCommerce platform we display a No Image Found image
