Hey folks, we thought we would do a quick summary of some of the cool things we rolled out over the last few months.
Intro Text for New Features and Improvements
- Order specific override code added to dashboard summary pages
- Ability to suppress sending customers their collected notifications
- Ability to cancel / invalidate a collection including reasons
- Orders with lots of products are moved to process when resources are available
- Support for Gift Wrapping & Messaging App
- Custom Lists & values can be used as Filter / search options
- Custom List values can be assigned images/icons
- My Store widget is a whole new widget that allows a user to select their preferred store and this selection is held throughout their session. Requires Store Locator
- Store Engagement Summary reports
- Improved report loading speed
- Add Searches by Device Type metrics
- Enhanced the Product Searches by Day graph to show Find in Store vs Click & Collect searches
- Added new Google Business Profile Integration summary report to highlight any errors/issues
- Added C&C Orders in Transit report. This is now a standalone for Ship from Warehouse merchants but used to be within another report
- Added SFS Orders Timeout/Expired report to help identify stores who are performing poorly by missing or rejecting orders
- If an image cannot be sourced on your eCommerce platform we display a No Image Found image
- Increased the default size of report table height to show more rows on load
- Ability to show or hide report column data using icons
- Drag and change sort column order in some report lists
- Contact Methods – There was a limit of 10 contacts per store which has been removed
