With 54 stores across New Zealand and a growing ecommerce presence on Shopify Plus, Bed Bath & Beyond continues to make it easier for customers to shop however they choose, whether that’s online, in store or somewhere in between.

Founded with a focus on helping customers create comfortable, functional and stylish homes, Bed Bath & Beyond has become one of New Zealand’s best known home and lifestyle retailers. Their range spans bedding, furniture, home décor, kitchenware, bathroom essentials and much more, making them a destination for every room in the home.

As customers increasingly begin their shopping journey online before visiting a physical store, providing accurate local information has become an important part of delivering a better retail experience.

Bringing Digital and Physical Retail Together

By implementing stockinstore’s omnichannel solutions, Bed Bath & Beyond New Zealand now makes it easier for shoppers to connect with their local stores throughout the buying journey.
Customers can discover their nearest store through an SEO friendly Store Locator, find store information including trading hours and directions, and use Find in Store directly from product pages to locate nearby stores that stock the products they’re interested in.

Google Business Profile Integration also ensures store information remains synchronised across Google Search and Google Maps, helping customers find accurate opening hours, contact details and locations wherever they begin their search.

Together, these capabilities reduce friction for shoppers while helping drive more qualified visits into physical stores.
