Customers shop differently
Even though PETstock had an existing “click & collect” solution in place, they recognise that customers shop differently and most still want to browse online and go into store before purchasing. stockinstore is proving that “find in store” and “click & collect” should co-exist to allow customers to shop the way they want to.
PETstock’s eCommerce Manager Alex Carter says PETstock were excited after meeting with the stockinstore team.
“I was expecting to just hear about store stock availability, but this is much more,” says Alex.
“The are other people in our business who I think will also use and benefit from the information that stockinstore can provide to us through their reporting suite.”
Quick integration and setup
Less than two (2) weeks after that initial meeting, the PETstock IT and web teams were working to get stockinstore up and running on the PETstock Australia website.
