A much better shopping experience
THE UPSIDE’s Helena Gabanski-Sykes, recognized that their customers wanted to see stock availability in their stores. “We wanted to offer customers a much better shopping experience; customers see a product online and often want to go into a store nearby to get it there and then, they don’t want to wait 2-5 days to receive it in the post.
There is nothing more disappointing than seeing a product you like online, going into a store only to find out it’s sold out; and being unable to get to another store before it closes.”
Quick to implement and doesn’t require any internal IT resources
THE UPSIDE looked at a number of solutions but they were all either cost-prohibitive, didn’t give customers a good experience and/or didn’t provide the business with the additional benefits that are standard in the stockinstore platform.
