Flexible fulfilment options also allow orders to be prepared in one store, multiple stores, a warehouse or any combination. Weber omnichannel journey with stockinstore kicked off in August 2024 with the launch of stockinstore’s Find In Store solution across Australia and New Zealand. Find in Store allows customers to easily check real-time stock availability across all Weber stores before visiting, bridging the gap between online and offline shopping. With this foundation in place, Weber moved forward with the next phase, launching Click & CollectThe project was driven from infancy to rollout by James Forward at Weber Australia. The Weber USA web development team were also critical in delivering the solution for Salesforce Commerce Cloud. With the launch of Click & Collect, Weber customers now have full flexibility to order online and pickup in-store at their convenience.
